These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Quiclips, Inc. By creating an account or watching content, you agree to the terms below.
1Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Don't share your password. If something looks wrong, email support@quiclips.com.
2Content licence
Series, characters and dialogue on Quiclips are licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. No downloading, transcription, re-distribution, or ML training.
3User content
You keep ownership of what you post in comments and AI chat, and grant Quiclips a non-exclusive licence to display and improve the service.
4Subscriptions & billing
VIP renews on the cadence you chose until cancelled. Turn off auto-renew anytime in My Account; you'll keep access through the current period.
5Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of your first purchase if no VIP episode has been watched. Other cases are handled individually.
6Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, CSAM, illegal activity, or anything that disrupts the platform.
7Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes go to the competent courts of Los Angeles County.
