How we use it
To deliver and improve the service, personalise recommendations, keep your account and payments safe, send service notices, and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Performance of contract, your explicit consent (marketing), legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and legal obligations.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active. After deletion, identifying information is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymous metrics may persist.
International transfers
Data may live in the US, EU and China. All cross-border transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your rights
Access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to specific processing. Email privacy@quiclips.com.
Children
Quiclips is for users 16+. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed promptly.
Changes
Material changes are announced in-app and by email at least 30 days in advance.
